The 90-Day Profit Sprint
Hands-on implementation support to actually execute the fixes: inventory optimization, pricing corrections, and a lean marketing calendar built and run alongside your team — not just handed to you in a report.
What's included
The doing, not just the diagnosing.
The Sprint picks up where a plan ends — implementing the fixes with you and your team over a full quarter.
Inventory optimization
Reworking reorder points, category mix, and turn targets so cash isn't sitting on the shelf.
Pricing corrections
Fixing underpriced categories and applying pricing psychology where it actually moves the needle.
Lean marketing calendar
A real, runnable marketing calendar sized to your team's time and budget — not a 12-channel plan nobody can execute.
Bi-weekly check-in calls
Regular working sessions to keep implementation moving and adjust as real-world results come in.
The process
Three phases over 90 days.
Diagnose & quick wins
Confirm priorities, fix the fastest-moving margin leaks first, and set targets for the full 90 days.
Implement
Roll out inventory and pricing changes, launch the lean marketing calendar, and track early results.
Refine & handoff
Tighten what's working, document the system, and hand it off so your team can run it without you.
Who it's for
For retailers ready to commit to real implementation.
You've already done a Retail Health Audit and want hands-on help actually executing the plan.
You're ready to commit to a full quarter of change, not just another one-off recommendation.
You have a small team who can execute alongside you, given clear direction and check-ins.
You're ready to skip the Audit and start directly with implementation because you already know your pain points.
90-Day Profit Sprint
$2,200–$3,000
Priced by scope — store size, category count, and whether you're starting fresh or continuing from an Audit. $3,000 covers the full-scope engagement; smaller stores or Audit follow-ons may fall lower in the range.

Questions
Sprint FAQ
No — the Sprint works well as a first step if you already know where your problems are, or as a follow-on after an Audit for a more targeted plan.
Scope depends on store size, number of product categories, and whether we're starting from scratch or building on an existing Audit. You'll get an exact quote before starting.
Most of the work happens between check-ins. Plan on your involvement plus a small amount of your team's time each week to execute the plan — sized to stay realistic for a small crew.
