These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myretailexperts.com, our client dashboard at app.myretailexperts.com, and the consulting services, digital products, and community we offer (together, the "Services"), provided by My Retail Experts, operated by KAK Group LLC ("My Retail Experts," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting a form, purchasing a service or product, or creating a dashboard account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are and what we offer

My Retail Experts provides retail consulting services for independent retail store owners, including but not limited to the Retail Health Audit, the 90-Day Profit Sprint, store liquidation and closure support, self-paced digital courses (such as the Retail Profit Playbook), and the My Retail Experts Circle membership community. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for a paid engagement are described on our website and, for consulting engagements, in a separate signed Client Service Agreement between you and My Retail Experts, which takes precedence over this general page for anything it specifically addresses.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Our Services are intended for business owners and operators, and by using them you confirm you're at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If we create a client dashboard account for you, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Payments

Payments for consulting engagements, digital products, and merchandise are processed securely through Stripe and, for certain products, Shopify. Specific prices, deposit amounts, payment schedules, and any refund or cancellation terms for a paid engagement are set out on the relevant service or pricing page at the time of purchase, and, for consulting engagements, in your signed Client Service Agreement. We do not change agreed pricing on an active engagement without your consent.

4. The free quiz, audits, and advice we provide

The free Retail Health Check quiz and any general educational content on our website (including blog articles) are provided for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for a personalized audit, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice specific to your business. Recommendations made through a paid engagement are based on the information you provide us; their usefulness depends on that information being accurate and complete.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information when using our forms, quiz, intake process, or dashboard.
  • Use the website and dashboard only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data.
  • Keep any documents you upload to the client portal (financials, contracts, photos, etc.) accurate and appropriate to share.
  • Make timely payments as agreed for any paid service or product.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our courses, workbooks, templates, and other digital products — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by My Retail Experts (KAK Group LLC) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a course, workbook, or membership, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business; you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our materials without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Our Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe and Shopify (payments), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and data storage), Circle (community), Calendly (scheduling), and Resend (email). Your use of those integrated features is also subject to each provider's own terms. We're not responsible for outages or issues originating from a third-party provider, though we'll work to resolve them promptly.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services, website, and any general content are provided "as is," without guarantees of specific business results. While we bring genuine retail operations experience to every engagement, we cannot guarantee that following our recommendations will produce any particular sales, margin, or profit outcome for your business, since results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Retail Experts (KAK Group LLC) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, dashboard, or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or dashboard for anyone who violates these Terms. Termination or cancellation terms for an active paid engagement are governed by your signed Client Service Agreement.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
